Who are we and why do we work the way we do?
We are a family business with over 50 years experience in the property and financial markets. We decided, after our own personal experiences, to create a fixed fee estate agent that cared about their clients and did our upmost to help people achieve their next move. It was hugely important that we had a friendly, professional and honest team who tell it like it is, no jargon or buzz words. We have extensive knowledge of the Northern Ireland property market and believe passionately in delivering a cost effective and extensive service to our clients and their potential buyers.
So do you get less, because you pay less?
Nope. We give you as much, if not more, than any other estate agent. Our lower price doesn't mean you get a lower standard of service. The reason for our fixed fee approach is simple. NeilManager Neil has over 10 years experience in Estate Agency Management and is a university graduate with BSc (Hons) degree in Business Studies.
HughSenior Surveyor Hugh has over 40 years senior management experience and has been buying and selling houses for over 30 years.
JohnFinancial Adviser John has over 15 years experience in providing mortgage and financial services independently and within an estate agency.
SamAssistant Sales Negotiator Sam is a university graduate with a degree BSc (Hons) in Property Management and Investment.
