We will manage your property for only 7.5% + VAT per month!
This covers all tenant liaison, property inspection, all maintenance carried out by local professionals, rent collection and distribution.
For non-managed properties completion fee is £350 + VAT (taken from tenants first month rent). The way we work is simple.
We charge an additional non-refundable fee of £195 + VAT upfront to cover:

After this we will manage your property for only 7.5% per month! This covers all tenant liaison, 6 monthly inspections, all maintenance carried out by local professionals, rent collection and distribution. For non-managed properties a completion fee of £350 plus vat is payable (taken from tenants first month rent).
